I want to purchase your software.  How do I pay for it?

The best way to pay for my software is through my online store.  When you buy through my online store, you will receive a registration e-mail containing a download link for the game almost immediately. I use BMT Micro as my e-commerce provider. They accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and other major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, purchase orders, bank wires, checks, and more.

To purchase a product through my online store, click on the Games tab above, then click on the game you want to buy. Near the top of the game's page, click on the Buy button.  Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you prefer to pay me directly, I also accept PayPal. You can issue a payment for the game to my PayPal account at info@mygamecompany.com. However, you may have to wait a little while (usually 24 hours or less) to receive your game, since I have to process the order manually.

Can I pay by post (snail mail)?

If you are a U.S. resident, I am happy to accept payment by check.  In fact, I like checks because I don't have to pay a transaction fee for a check like I do for a credit card!  Checks need to be payable in US dollars. I do not accept foreign or international checks, and I do not accept credit card payments by mail (for your protection and mine).

In your letter, tell me clearly which product(s) you are ordering.

Upon receipt of your check, I will send your registration e-mail (containing your registration code or download link) so that you can get the full version of the game and begin playing as soon as possible.  Please include your full name (which I will use to generate your registration code) and an e-mail address to send it to.  Make sure you print your full name and e-mail address clearly.

Please feel free to contact me before mailing your check to make sure that you have the correct totals.

Can I pay by telephone?

Not at this time.  My Game Company is currently operated as a part-time business, which means I don't have normal business hours.  Rather than frustrate my customers with answering machines, I choose not to accept payment by telephone until I can keep regular business hours.

Can I pay for one copy and install it on multiple computers?

Yes.  Like I could stop you...

I buy software too, and I hate it when companies force me to purchase multiple copies of their products. My policy is one copy per household.  You can pay for it once and install it on all the computers you own.  But you're not allowed to share the full version of a game with your friends and neighbors - they have to purchase their own copy.

Can I buy and install an add-on pack without purchasing the full game?

No.  Add-on packs are only available to paying customers, and will only work with a registered version of the game.  You must register (purchase) the game in order to obtain and use an add-on pack.
