Company Policies

No Spyware or Adware!

My relationship with my customers is based on trust and responsibility.  This is crucial to my company's business model, since all of my software is published as shareware that is downloadable from the internet.  Therefore, I will never put spyware or adware in my programs, and I guarantee that my software is virus-free.

One of the ways I guarantee this is by my membership in the Association of Software Professionals (ASP).  You can learn more about the ASP by visiting their web site at http://www.asp-software.org.

Goods and Services

All of my games have a free demo that you can download and try for free. I encourage you to play the demo first before ordering. The demo shows you enough of the game so you can decide whether or not you want to buy it. If you enjoy the demo, then you may purchase the full game from my online store.  When you purchase one of my games, I either provide you a download link to the full version or a registration code that unlocks the full set of features in the game and gives you unlimited access.

Delivery Policy

Your purchase via my online store will normally be handled within minutes, and a registration e-mail will be sent containing a download link to the full version and/or registration code that you can use to unlock the full features and extras in a game. My e-commerce provider, BMT Micro, handles the entire purchase and delivery process.

Refund Policy

Since all of my software is "try before you buy", refunds will not normally be given unless there is a serious issue which occurs after installation which I cannot resolve. In all cases, refunds will be given at my discretion.

Support Policy

If you're having problems installing one of our games, please visit my support page. There's a section there that answers most of the commonly asked questions.

If your query is regarding a registration which you have not received yet, please e-mail me about it. I'll do my best to get back to you as quick as I can, usually within 24 hours or less.

I regret that I cannot offer telephone-based support at this time, primarily because I don't have anyone to man the phones. However, you may e-mail me at info@mygamecompany.com and I will do my best to respond promptly to any questions or problems you may have.
