Company Policies

No Spyware or Adware!

Our relationship with our customers is based on trust and responsibility.  This is crucial to our company's business model, since all of our software is published as shareware that is downloadable from the internet.  Therefore, we will never put spyware or adware in our programs, and we guarantee that our software is virus-free.

One of the ways we guarantee this is by our membership in the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP).  You can learn more about the ASP by visiting their web site at http://www.asp-shareware.com.

Goods and Services

All of our software is published as shareware, which means that you can download a product and try it for free. When you use a product on a trial basis, you see enough of the product to evaluate whether or not you want to buy it. If you are satisfied with a product, then you may purchase it from our online store.  When you purchase one of our products, we either provide you a download link to the full version or we provide you with a registration code that unlocks the full set of features in the product and gives you unlimited access.

Delivery Policy

Your purchase via our online store will normally be handled within 24 hours (usually much less), and a registration e-mail will be sent containing a download link to the full version and/or registration code that you can use to unlock the full features and extras in a product. This process is not fully automated; we manually review every order before sending a registration e-mail, in order to protect our customers and ourselves from the rising problem of credit card fraud.  We apologize for the delay, but we're sure you understand.

Refund Policy

Since all of our software is "try before you buy", refunds will not normally be given unless there is a serious issue which occurs after installation which cannot be resolved by our technical support.

In all cases, refunds will be given at the discretion of My Game Company management.

Support Policy

For all queries regarding our products and how to install them, please consult our support page before contacting us, since our most common questions are answered there.

If your query is regarding a registration which you have not received yet, please wait for at least 24 hours before contacting us, since we may not have processed your order within this time.  Occasionally, we may be on travel or in a location where we do not have internet access.

We regret that due to limited personnel, we cannot offer telephone-based support at this time.  However, you may e-mail us at info@mygamecompany.com and we will do our best to respond promptly to any questions or problems you may have.

Privacy Policy

My Game Company respects your privacy, and will never sell or share your information with others.  When you purchase a product from us, you will receive e-mails only from My Game Company, and from our credit card processor (in response to your order).

If, at any time, you want to be completely removed from our mailing list, just let us know and we will be glad to do it.
