Forum upgrade

I did some long overdue maintenance on the forum today. It's been upgraded to the latest 3.x version, and a new anti-spam plugin has been installed. Hopefully this will help with the massive amount of spam I've been getting in the past 2-3 weeks.

There are some errors popping up when posting new threads or replying to posts. I was hoping I could just upgrade the forum to the latest 3.x version of vBulletin, but it looks like I'll have to go to 4.x. This may take more work, especially if the style templates have changed drastically in 4.x. I'll look into this later in the week.
