Or Arr, Mateys . . . Where's the treasure?

Okay, so. . . I know It's been a long time coming, but it's here now.

I want to officially state that I refuse to take anymore requests, and here's why: My life is hectic. I'm a rather flighty person and feel guilty when I work on fun stuff like this when I should be cleaning my house, but I also feel guilty when I tell someone I'll do something and don't get time to do it. So. . . no more requests!

Okay on to the items. I really took a step out there on this and tried some new tactics.
1. The hair is a jewelry item. There is 2 versions, white and black. They both look exactly the same, but I had to have a bleached version.
2. The hat is available in ten different styles. Let me say that the plaid in all items was originally diamonds, but I like how it turned out, so I left it.
3. The eye-patch is available in every color except for denim.
4. The shirt is available in the ten color versions like the hat, only without the plaid.
5. The pants match the hats exactly.
6. The sword is available in all colors except for denim and the metal is not counted. It's counted as a handbag, which is why I decided not to make a parrot with this set. It's at a weird angle because of the way her hand is, it's pointed slightly towards the viewer, so it looks shorter than it would be if it was pointed sideways.
7. The peg-leg was a lot of fun to make. It's available in all colors except denim, but it looks funny both moving and sitting on the shelf. Also, "the voice" really seems to have a great hatred for the peg-leg. I guess pirate isn't really "in". lol

All said, I had a lot of fun working on this.

Now, I recently had to format my computer several times and in the process lost all my addons for the game (but I safely saved my actually game file so I didn't lose it. :D) and I had to sit there the other day and redownload everything and retype it all in the addons file. I don't know whether to be grateful that no on created anything in my absence or sad. I hope we can all get to a point in our lives that we can create more often. I think I am almost there, but I still have a few other obligations to take care of. One of them is making my son's quilt. I started it when he was 2 and he's turning 8 soon. The good thing is it's almost done. lol

I hope you all enjoy this. I don't know if it was worth the wait or not, but at least it's something new for y'all to play with.

Hi Rogue.....I'm so EXCITED about getting a new outfit :), especially the pirate ensemble (my mother requested this one from you so she will be very, very pleased that it is done) but very sad :( at the same time that this will be the last one we get from you. I want to thank you so much for all of the wonderful, creative and fun outfits that have added so much to the enjoyment of playing Fashion Cents, for me and many others - you are 1 talented lady! You take care of yourself, and hope to see some comments from you in the Forum once in awhile to let us know how you are doing!

Oh, I think you misunderstood hun. I'll still make new outfits from time to time, but they will just be my own ideas. I don't want to take requests from people because I feel bad when they ask me to do something and I don't get it done on time. I'm very glad you like it. I hope your mother does too. And thank you very much.

It's just, all this stuff with my niece is really getting to me. She's more than likely going to have to get a pacemaker and she's just so young. She almost killed herself tonight, because she didn't listen to the doctor and drove when she wasn't supposed to. Keep my family in your prayers, everyone.

I'm glad I misunderstood you! And I will look forward to new outfits from your own imagination (which we all know is fantastic).

I am also very sorry to hear about your niece. The Lord answers all prayers, in his own time, and His plans for your niece will be fulfilled. We just all need to remember that His will may not be what we pray for, but He is always walking there, beside the believers - we are never alone. What would our lives be like if we didn't believe that? My thoughts and prayers will be with you both.

Thanks, Sherry. She was very lucky. Well, I don't really believe luck was involved. God was watching out for her. She was barely hurt, but she totalled her car. Not to mention she hit someone else. I'm not sure what she was thinking, but I'm glad the car is ruined. Now, she definitely won't be doing anything that stupid for awhile. I'm just praying that she won't get depressed over this.

I already have another idea, but it's my daughter's birthday and we're having her party this weekend, so I really do have to clean my house good this time. lol She's six now. o.O
