The other day I was downloading some of the Reflexive games to try them out. I had just a little time that I was able to spend on checking out games. So I thought I would spend a few minutes on “Big Kahuna Words”. If you have played either “Big Kahuna Reef” or “Big Kahuna Reef 2 – Chain Reaction”, you will find that this game is similar as your playground is the same gorgeous Hawaiian aquatics. The words you create break the stone blocks and when all the blocks are broken, you move on to the next level. The longer the word you create, the bigger the rewards. The length of the word determines the type of explosive tile you earn. These explosive tiles are wild tiles and can be used as any letter. When used, they break more of the stone tiles besides just the ones you created your word in. Letters that are touching can be swapped so that the letters can be used in a word. And you will get more points by finding the bonus word.

To say that this game is addicting is an understatement. Remember I said I had a “few minutes” I was able to spend? Well, the hour trial booted me out of the game! I didn’t realize how long I had been playing. “Big Kahuna Words” was a thoroughly enjoying experience both visually and mentally!
