Welcome back! As you can see from our new web site, we're already off and running for the new year!
We have switched to a new web host provider, Liquid Web, and have migrated our sites. Our e-mail is now running on the new mail servers, and both our web sites (this one and dirkdashing.com) are now located on Liquid Web servers. The DNS changes are still being propagated across the global Internet, however, so it may take a couple more days before the new sites are visible to everyone. We apologize for any interruptions in our service that you may have experienced in the past couple of days, but we're confident that this move will not only offer better stability for our web sites but also position us for future growth.
Our e-commerce system was unaffected by the move, as was our high-speed file server, which are both provided by third-parties. So downloads and sales have continued without interruption. Rest assured that any purchases you have made in the past few days are safe and secure, and they were processed without any problems.
If you have tried to e-mail us in the past few days but have not received a response, please try again. It is quite possible that your e-mail may have been lost during the move and we never received it. Again, I apologize if that happened, but it couldn't really be helped.
The new web site design should be much easier to navigate, and some pages (like this one) that were previously hard to find should be more discoverable now. One major change I would like to point out is that the News page is gone, and will be replaced by an Announcements section in our new forum. We've also removed some old or obsolete web pages, and cleaned up the site a lot. Let us know what you think of the new design, and of course if you find any problems with the new site (broken links, missing pages, etc), please notify us immediately.
We're still working on the new forums. We have run into some problems getting the forums installed, but I'm hopeful that it will be online soon.
Thank you for your continued patience during the transition. We should be fully completed with the web site migration by the end of this week.
